When you make a purchase from Winning Interiors you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Returns and Exchanges –
Provided the following conditions are met, you may seek a return for store credit or exchange if the item:
- is damaged or faulty, through no fault of your own (i.e. damaged in transit);
- does not match the description of the product ordered; or
- the product has defects that were not obvious and/or were not mentioned in a disclaimer.
If you meet the above conditions and are seeking a return for store credit or exchange, you are required to give notification by email to email@example.com within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. Administration staff will contact you to follow up with your request.
Here’s how you claim cover for a damaged parcel:
Step 1: Ask the receiver to take a photo of the damage that includes:
- The packaging
- The parcel label (clearly showing the reference number), and
- The damaged item
Important: These all need to be displayed all in the one photo for the claim to be processed.

- We do not offer return / exchange / refund or store credit for change of mind.
It is important to Winning Interiors that all customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We do all we can in taking care when handling and packaging your item, however we understand accidents can happen during transit. Please be sure to contact us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have received a damaged or faulty item.
If 7 calendar days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:-
- your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it;
- your item must be returned in the original packaging;
- your proof of purchase must accompany your email request and the returned item.
- your item must be returned to Winning Interiors (NOT the manufacturer). You will be provided with return address details once your request has been processed by administration staff.
Non-Returnable, Non-Transferrable and Non-Refundable Items:
- Winning Wish Gift Cards
- Clearance Items / End of Line Items / Items with Disclaimer Notification in item

Exchanges (if applicable)
All approved exchanges will be shipped directly to your nominated shipping address, depending on the circumstances, the shipping will be at the consumer’s cost.
Clearance Items / End of Line Items
End of Line / Clearance Items are excluded from refund, store credit, exchange or return under this policy.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if:-
- They are faulty or damaged items (i.e. damaged in transit);
- The item is still available (either from our wholesalers or our store).
If you would like to discuss exchanging your item for the same item, because of defects that were not obvious, send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org . After confirmation is received you will be provided with a return address. Please return your item, along with proof of purchase at this time.
To return your item, you should send your item, along with proof of purchase to nominated address provided to you by our Administration staff.
- If you are returning an item, (under some circumstances which will be determined case by case) you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and/or insurance (if your item is valued over $75.00). Shipping & Insurance costs are non-refundable.
NOTE: If you are returning an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Winning Interiors do not take responsibility for a returned/shipped item in transit. The responsibility for the item in transit, lies solely with the consumer returning the item.
