You can expect to receive an informal telephone call from the Owner, Founder & Designer of Winning Interiors, Tracy Winn. Tracy likes to get to know you, your style and your project on a more personal level so she understands the feel for your design. After this discussion, Tracy will make a booking with you, to visit you at your home. This allows Tracy to meet with you in person, view the rooms and take measurements and photos of the rooms you are wanting help in interior designing. At this time, Tracy will chat with you further about the space and ideas you can introduce. Back at the office, Tracy will use the information she has collected from your meeting to produce for you a Personal Concept Design using moodboard/s. The moodboard/s in either a 2D or 3D format will include sourced furniture and lighting and décor pieces to meet your budget and complete your project. Once Tracy has finalised your Personal Concept Design, she will again meet with you to provide you with a copy and explain to you, your design and options that she recommends.
For our clients who live outside of our service area, we assure you, you have not been forgotten. We offer you a very similar service to our In-home Consultation customers through an E-Design service. You will receive the same service as our in-home consultation customer; however, the only difference is your consultation is conducted using facetime, phone calls & exchanging information through emails, so Tracy can complete your Personal Concept Design. During your E-Design consultation you will be speaking directly with our Interior Designer, Tracy Winn, as if she were standing right next to you in each room of your home.
Generally depending on the size of the project Tracy will take anywhere from 1.5 – 2 hours with you to discuss your requirements, style and take down a full brief on your project.
Tracy allows time in her in-home consultation so she gets to know you on a more personal level, she gets and understanding of your needs and the style you are wanting to achieve. After your consultation with Tracy, she will have a clear understanding of this and will source and recommend items that will help you bring your style to life. Once Tracy has finalised your Personal Concept Design, she will then work closely with you to help you bring this to life. You will have time & flexibility to have any item in this concept reviewed that you are not sold on. Tracy will always have other options she can offer you. It is our goal to produce useable concept plans, which you love and can reproduce.
As every personality is different, so are tastes & style. Winning Interiors specialises in tailoring its services, according to each client’s individual needs. Tracy will have an initial informal chat with you and from this will be able to offer you advice regarding the right and structure that will offer you the exact fit for your project. As a way to expedite this process and help us work this out for your individual needs, please feel free to fill out our questionnaire sheet before our initial call and together we will find the right service for your project.

Tracy will work these into your new Concept Design so they can continue to be treasured by your family. We recognise these pieces are unique and important to families and are always considered when concepting your new look.
Winning Interiors prides itself on the professional relationship it holds with a wide variety of wholesalers & retailers alike in the Interior Design industry. Any pieces that are suggested or recommended in your Personal Concept Design can be delivered, if required. As part of our Design Service, Tracy can organise your order & have your items delivered direct to your door.
Our online Homewares Store can deliver selected items Australia wide. Items that are considered too fragile for transit or too big are set in the store as Click & Collect items only.

Most definitely Yes! Items from my Online Store are carefully selected with the staging & styling of your Personal Concept Design in mind. Tracy takes the guess work out of choosing your décor pieces with her expert eye as your Interior Designer. Once you have approved your items for purchase and only so we can manage our shops inventory, your items are placed in a shopping cart that is shared with you, direct from the online store. From here you can view the shopping cart and proceed to checkout to take care of payment of these selected items. After payment has been received, your décor pieces will be carefully picked and packed and Tracy will bring them to your home to stage & style your project to its completion. It is satisfying for Tracy to work with you, so you can watch your home transform and see your personal concept design come to life. Tracy’s finds this part of her profession to be thoroughly rewarding.
Yes of course. Our service is all about meeting our client’s brief and producing a personal concept design that is both unique, on budget and useable. After your Personal Concept Design arrives, if there is something that you simply do not love, please let me know. In the Design program, you can leave feedback direct with the Designer, for each item that is suggested or recommended. Once we are aware our client does not love a product recommended, we always look for an alternative and offer a second suggestion for further review. In actual fact, we are happy to do this a few times, if necessary, with you until you get the perfect fit. What you love matters to us!
